Notion can be used as a simple CRM for your business (managing clients) or for personal use (managing contacts like friends and people).
Of course, a straightforward way to maintain a lightweight CRM is to use Excel or Airtable.
But, as a Notioneer, I would like to manage this in Notion.
Because with Notion:
- You have good note-taking abilities
- You can integrate CRM with the rest of your systems like task management, project management, meetings, etc. I strongly suggest this!
What if you’re already using fully-fledged CRMs like SalesForce or HubSpot?
If so, please proceed. You may want to incorporate the mini-CRM with an automatic back-end (such as by using Zapier or Integromat) so this mini-CRM fits seamlessly into your Notion solution.
Here are some of the templates I really liked for creating a CRM with Notion.
