Moosend’s interface provides you helpful instructions and you will be able to design campaigns using their drag and drop features like a pro!
GetResponse, on the other hand, has a user-friendly interface to some extent but not as simple as that of Moosend.
Of course, you can import contacts, check statistics, and create campaigns pretty easily. But with their huge range of features, you’ve got a learning curve waiting for you.
I liked the ‘Quick action’ column that allows you to get started on the commonly performed tasks.
You have total control of the dashboard as you can add and remove widgets. However, I wish they made it easier to navigate out of the email editor.

The templates definitely appear high quality and professional.
Apart from being super flexible, these templates are also mobile-responsive which is why your designs will look great on any device. Plus, they’re all SSL enabled.
But their landing page functionality is not available in their free plan.
The forms also come with the same level of flexibility and responsiveness. They have numerous form templates that allow you to create inline forms, floating boxes, floating bars, modal pop-ups, you name it.

But I am not particularly fond of their interface and the fact that you have to create separate pages for mobile and desktop is a serious off-putting feature for me.

Well, you don’t get the heatmaps like in Moosend but it has geo-tracking reports as you can see your desktop and mobile users.

Moosend deliverability is considered pretty satisfactory.

However, being an oldie in the industry, it offers quite a few integration options if you compare it to MailChimp ‘s age mate. But thanks to Zapier, you’re able to integrate it with almost any tool you need.
